All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can always know where it is, you can check the status of your order on our home page under our Track Your Order Page.
Most of our orders are shipped 1-4 business days from purchase pending availability and credit verification. This means that your order will be shipped out within these timings. We will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number once your package has been sent.
Shipping times may vary depending on your location, please allow 10 to 15 business days, after being dispatched, for delivery due to high demand, but please rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. If you need your item(s) sooner, please select the expedited shipping option at the checkout page.
Shipping costs are nonrefundable. We are unable to ship to PO Box and military addresses due to security reasons. MERMANA is not responsible for packages/parcels once they have been scanned and delivered.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times only, and it depends on how fast customs in your country processes the package as have we have little influence on how your local shipping company will handle the delivery and therefore MERMANA is not guaranteeing delivery dates unless you decide to pay for an express shipping option.
We reserve the right to do not ship on the weekend or holidays. Once your package has been handled by our logistic partners, MERMANA is not responsible for theft or damage. Please check around your neighborhood in case another home received it by mistake.
We will always do our best to assist you, but MERMANA does not hold responsibility for international packages that are lost or stolen in transit.
If you are still unable to locate your package, you must contact your local post office or the courier company to discuss the issue and file a claim with them, as we do not have control over once we hand out the package to the carrier. A refund will not be granted in case it is being suggested. If you need help regarding this please contact our support team at email@example.com.
Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.
Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.
Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
There will be no reshipping arrangement made in case parcels are returned for wrong addresses, incomplete addresses and returned due to unavailability once the item is delivered to the final address, no exceptions.
You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items and customs charges, as we can not be held liable for any items that are not accepted into specific countries or have additional importing taxes.
